 Services for In-Country NGOs

In these changing and challenging times, it is important for NGOs to increase the effectiveness of their programs in order to meet increasing need. With this in mind, our goal is to offer our experience and services to your organization in the following areas:

Overview of Services for Implementing NGOs. Gain a better understanding of what's working in your projects and what could use fine tuning. New management skills will help you develop better projects and proposals, and manage impact-oriented projects more effectively.

Project Cycle Development. Particpatory need, design, funding, mangement, M&E, reporting. We specialize in working with donors, INGOs and implementing NGOs in strategically developing each stage of the project cycle to maximize mission-driven project impact.

Organizational Strengthening & Action Planning. It's important for your staff to understand their role in the organizational vision; this develops ownership, a team spirit, and sustainability. We work with staff to develop vision, strategies, and implementation tools.
Hands-On Field Courses for NGOs. Week-long, hands-on Field Courses. Develop a range of skills working side-by-side with villagers in the true context of a rural development project.
