Services for Donors and INGOs

The Center’s consulting services for Northern Donors and INGOs can be focused on the Northern organization, their Southern counterparts, or on the interrelationship between the two—bridging the gap. We provide in-country organizational strengthening, project development, oversight, M&E, reporting and logistics.

Overview of Services for Donors and International NGOs. Our services cover project design, launching impact-driven projects, oversight, M&E and reporting. We can also provide organizational strengthening for your in-country partners and increase your investment's impact.
Hands-On Field Courses for Donors and INGOs: Week-long, hands-on Field Courses. Your home-office staff will develop a range of skills working side-by-side with villagers in the true context of a rural development project.

Project Cycle Development. Participatory need, design, funding, management, M&E, reporting. We specialize in working with donors, INGOs and implementing NGOs in strategically developing each stage of the project cycle to maximize mission-driven project impact.

Organizational Strengthening & Strategic Action Plans. It's important for NGO staff to establish an organizational vision, explore what is having impact in their programming, and assemble a step-by-step strategic action plans for improving activities that need fine tuning.

Training for Your In-Country Partners. Gain a better understanding of what's working in their projects and what could use fine tuning. New management skills will help them develop better projects and proposals, and manage impact-oriented projects more effectively.
