In these changing and challenging times, it is important for donors, international NGOs, and implementing, in-country NGOs to increase the effectiveness of their programs in order to meet increasing need. With this in mind, our goal is to offer our experience and services to your organization in the following areas:

	Northern Donor and International NGO Services. Our services cover project design, launching impact-driven projects, oversight, M&E and reporting. We can also provide organizational strengthening for your in-country partners and increase your investment's impact.
	Southern In-Country NGO Services. Gain a better understanding of what's working in your projects and what steps you could take to develop better projects and proposals, and manage impact-oriented projects more effectively.
	Project Cycle Development. Particpiatory need, design, funding, management, M&E, reporting. We specialize in working with donors, INGOs and implementing NGOs in strategically developing each stage of the project cycle to maximize mission-driven project impact.
	Organizational Strengthening. It's important for NGO staff to establish an organizational vision, explore what is having impact in their programming, and assemble a step-by-step strategic action plans for improving activities that need fine tuning.
