March Workshop in Guatemala. Four-day project & proposal development workshop in Spanish for Central American Country Directors of US Ecologic Development Fund. We led community needs assessments, developed project outlines, logical frameworks & a proposal & presented to USAID for funding.

From the Ground Up: Designing Community-Centered Projects with Sustainable Solutions: 3 Days. Design an outcome-driven project from the ground up. Develop a range of skills, including how to facilitate participatory needs assessments, how to develop the project concept, and how to incorporate community-oriented workshops and evidence-based interventions.

Project Architecture: Managing for Impact: Imbed impact into your project design with a powerful set of management tools: 3 Days. LogFrames, detailed budgets, timelines, compelling fact sheets, M&E plans, outcomes and impact. These tools will communicate to donors and stakeholders exactly what you are trying to accomplish.

Strategic Action Planning Retreat. In this retreat we work with NGO staff to establish an organizational vision, explore what is having impact in their programming, and assemble a step-by-step strategic action plans for improving activities that need fine tuning.
