In-Country NGO staff combine theory with practice by working in the field designing and implementing development projects from the ground up. Participants develop a range of skills, including how to facilitate participatory needs assessments, implement impact evaluations, and how to design and execute outcome-driven projects.

Can't make it to one of our workshops in Guatemala? We bring the workshops described in Field Courses in Guatemala to your country and deliver them to your NGO staff. We will show you how to prepare the workshop in one of your partnering villages, and we will then lead the workshop for your colleagues and your village beneficiaries.
